Hello, we have our ontime services hosted on a remote server, including OnTimeAlertService13.0, OntimeEmailQueueService13.0, and OnTimeEmailService13.0. Sometimes after our server restarts the services will not automatically start causing delays in our alerts, one of us will have to start them manually in order to resume service. We have followed the solution outlined here, http://community.axosoft.com/blogs/trainingsupport/archive/2009/09/11/digging-in-deep-creating-a-service-dependancy-for-ontime-s-services.aspx and added the startup dependencies to the services, but failures are still happening on an infrequent basis. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks

You can also add recovery options to the services to restart after a failed attempt. To do this just select the service from services.msc, right click and select 'properties'. Then click on 'recovery' and set your options to restart after failures and subsequent failures.
