This is probably more of a Feature Request.

When you have Searched on Ticket ID that returns a parents ticket with a number of Sub Tickets. Would then like to be able to apply a filter to the sub tickets and not just the parent

Currently if you apply a filter after the search all sub tickets disappear.

Example: We have a parent ticket with 100 sub tickets all in different workflow steps and assigned to different users.

  1. Search on the Ticket ID to return the Parent Ticket (workflow of Assigned)
  2. When expanded the Parent ticket will then show all 100 sub tickets
  3. Apply filter to show tickets in the fixed workflow
  4. Both the Parent Ticket and all Sub tickets are no longer displayed
  5. Here we would like it to then filter on the sub tickets, even thought the parent is not in that workflow step.
