OnTime 2012 has detailed admin & users guide available, BUT, the documentation is quite lacking for 2013. Any ideas on when it will be available? or are you moving to a more online model for documentation moving forward?

Thanks for the question. We are currently in the process of updating our tutorial videos that will cover all if not more than was in the user guides. These will be available shortly. Does that mean there will be no documentation at all?

We currently run ontime in house, and as a relatively long time user (primarily of the windows client) i don't want to have to watch tutorial videos when all i am looking for is a one or two sentence explanation of a change to an existing setting/feature.

I am finding the switch to the fully web version a little backwards in some areas. (see some of my other questions... ) Hence this one about documentation.
