Can I ask if you are currently using a touchscreen device? Currently touchscreen devices hijack the drag and drop functionality of all modern browsers, meaning you can drag and drop using the touchscreen, but not your mouse. We're trying to find a solution but ultimately it has to do with the browser manufacturer input/output, so we're awaiting a solution from them as well.

In the meantime you should be able to use the touch screen to do the drag and drop, or if possible you can detach the touchscreen device to resolve the issue. If you are not using a touch screen device, you may want to try closing and reopening the browser or clearing your browser cache and try again.
